Is a booking necessary?

To participate in the VR full-body experience simply book an appointment in advance and pay online.

After the purchase you will receive a confirmation email with important information about your reservation and participation. Please read it carefully.

Can I organize a group event at VR Nation?

Yes, VR Nation welcomes children’s birthday parties, stag dos, corporate events and more! Our waiting area is designed for up to 20 people. We can host a maximum of 2 sessions per hour (4 players per session). Enjoy our PS VR stations while you wait.

For company reservations, larger groups or exclusive dates please send an email to info@vr-nation.de.

Can I wear my glasses in the game?

Yes, the wearable devices are compatible with most glasses. However, if your glasses are very large, we recommend wearing contact lenses.

Do I need special clothing to play?

You don’t need special clothing. However, we recommend sturdy shoes. Ballerinas or high heels are not suitable, nor are shoes with platform soles or rivets. If you don’t have any other shoes with you, you can also play barefoot.

How many players can participate in the experience?

Up to 4 players per game. In order to enjoy the fun, you will need at least 2 players.

Is it likely that I would get dizzy during the game?

Unlike other VR experiences, motion sickness is hardly an issue with us, as the environment feels incredibly real. However, if you suffer from very severe travel sickness, motion sickness may occur.

How long does the experience last?

The whole experience lasts about 30 minutes and consists of a short introduction to the gear (approx. 10 minutes) and play time (approx. 20 minutes).
After the game, you can check out your score or view the results of your adventure on the external monitors.

Is there a minimum age?

The minimum age for “The Diamond Skull Temple” is 12 and for “Patient Zero” it is 16, as this game includes violent scenarios (shooting zombies).

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge at least 72 hours before the reserved spot by sending an email to info@vr-nation.de. Please state in the subject of the email that it is regarding cancellation or change of reservation.

Can I play in a wheelchair?

Yes, the system is accessible to wheelchair users throughout the entire experience. For technical reasons, a maximum of one person in a wheelchair can participate per game.

Can I participate in the game if I am pregnant or suffer from epilepsy or heart problems?

There can be moments in the game that cause high anxiety, and some visual effects can in the worst case trigger epileptic seizures. We therefore recommend that you only participate if you are not pregnant, not at risk for epilepsy, and not suffering from heart problems.
